Sawamura Tetsuo: An RP Blog
Apr. 14th, 2014 12:36 am~ Hello and welcome to my newest Role Playing blog. My name is Luka and my general/update blog can be found linked in the profile of this blog!
Here is where I'll be playing as Tetsuo Sawamura from the seinen manga Yuureitou (AKA: The Ghost Tower). I've been enamored with his character since I began reading the comic. I enjoy him a lot and hope to keep in as close to his original portrayal as possible while continuing to develop and explore new areas with him. He's pretty important to me, you don't see many FtM characters in manga or anime that are handled nearly as tastefully nor with half as much genuine empathy.
A few things to keep in mind about the way I'll be playing Sawamura-san and this blog:
• I am an amateur writer and RP'er, but staying In-Character is important to me and so that is how I will play Tetsuo.
• As mentioned above, Tetsuo is transgendered. I'm aware that half of the (small) fanbase constantly misgenders him. Please refer to your handy "not in front of grandma's pastor" rule (See profile for more explanation of grandma's rule) and be respectful regardless of how you prefer to ignore the canon.
• The content of the source material that this blog is based upon is aimed at an adult audience and can be considered NSFW. While this blog will probably remain unflagged (but properly tagged and marked for when the content graces those subjects) please consider it, like Yuureitou itself, NSFW and tread carefully.
• Spoilers will be marked but please be aware that occasionally icons and images posted alongside the entries and threads may contain spoilers!
• "Asks" and interview style questions are perfectly fine and encouraged!
• I will play with just about anybody and you don't have to be playing as a Yuureitou character, so don't be shy now~!
• "Adult" oriented RP is fine just discuss it with me prior to initiating it so I can start a properly tagged post warning for it.
• There will sometimes be OOC posts from me (Luka) and they can range from anything relating to essays, musings on Yuureitou itself, fanart, fanfic, and drabbles. Please note that everything OOC will be in italics preceded by a (~).
That should cover most every thing for now. For posts similar to this please troll through the "information tag".
